Bulk load
Gocargo
is the automatic loading- unloading system for all kinds of bulk load and
unit loads. The speed of the unloading can be controlled very precisely
without the hinder of cargo moving step by step. A further advantage is
that the floor moves in one piece. The speed of the belt and the cargo
are the same. It is relatively simple to build a body equipped with a Gocargo
system that is watertight. This results from the fact that the synthetic
belt covers the whole width and length of the floor.
Among other, Gocargo is used for the transportation of soil, peatmoss,
compost, sand, gravel, meal, potatoes, onions, gypsum, kaolin, wood and
so on.

With the inner width of 2.47 metres two euro sized pallets can be loaded next to each other. The maximum payload for loading is 30 tons. |

The Gocargo system is excellent for large volume semi trailers. The conveyor belt has a thickness of only four mm and the winch is mounted in front of the bulkhead. Therefor this trailer has a capacity of over 105 cm3 with a maximum weight of 32 tons on standard 19,5" super singles. |
Unloading the 105 cm3 sorted paper only takes four minutes with Gocargo. |
| Compost | ||
The system is the standard for the transport of mushroom compost because of the watertight floor and the excellent dosing possibilities. |
The compost is unloaded into the chaff cutters which are mounted on the trailer. The chaff cutter equalizes the flow of compost when unloading. |
The unloading to the filling machine is very even because of the chaff cutter and the steady supply of compost with the Gocargo system |

The Gocargo system is ideal for smaller trucks because of the little room needed and the even unloading speed. Truck with eight cm3 loading capacity. |
